Through the enquiry form: your name or a pseudonym, the contact channel you give, the service selected, and the text of your message.

The web host keeps a technical request log that includes IP addresses. The log exists to protect the form from automated submissions.

No analytics are installed. There are no third-party scripts, counters or tracking pixels on this site.

The only purpose is to answer your enquiry and, if you want us to, carry out the service you order. The legal basis is your consent, given by the checkbox in the form, and the performance of a contract.

We do not use enquiry data for mailings and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

Only those without whom the service cannot be performed: our representative in Ukraine, government bodies, archives and the postal service — and only to the extent a particular request requires.

Your enquiry reaches our mailbox through the mail server configured for the project.

Correspondence about an enquiry: until the work on it is finished, and one year after, so the matter can be picked up again. The technical request log: no longer than the period set by the host.

You may request a copy of your data, its correction, erasure, restriction of processing, and the withdrawal of consent. Send the request to the same email address given in the contacts; we answer within 30 days.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the data protection supervisory authority in the country where you live.

The site stores two technical values: the language you chose and your answer to the consent banner. Both are needed for the site to work and are not used for tracking.
